Proprietary framework

FVRSI: a 10-band financial vulnerability framework.

FVRSI is designed to capture changing financial capacity in real time, not to rank a person’s worth or replace a regulated credit score.

The Financial Vulnerability Risk Scoring Index, or FVRSI, is Ubiquity AI’s dynamic framework for interpreting structured customer engagement and observed behaviour.

Ten bands, different realities

The framework distinguishes conditions that can look identical on a ledger but require different treatment. At one end are consumers with transient or transactional payment issues. At the other are people experiencing severe structural vulnerability where conventional debt recovery may be inappropriate or ineffective.

Important: FVRSI is an internal decision-support signal. It is not presented to the customer as a label and is not designed as a credit bureau score.

Why bands instead of a single binary flag?

Vulnerability is not simply present or absent. A banded system supports proportional intervention, clearer auditability and different customer journeys while preserving institutional policy controls.

From signal to treatment

The value of FVRSI is not the score by itself. The value is what the score changes: depth of engagement, timing, language, support options, escalation pathways and the decision to involve a human specialist.
